Overcoming Stress Mini-Course

Do you struggle with worry on a daily basis? Do you feel like stress has taken over your life, like you’re not in control of your own thoughts? I’ve definitely been there, too. I’ve struggled with anxiety for most of my life, and for the longest time, I didn’t felt like I was in control of my thoughts and feelings. What changed for me was finding moving meditation, where I could clear my mind of negative thoughts and emotions when I focused on the sensations in my body and my breath. Over time, through practice, I found mental and physical tricks that helped me let go of my worries and find a greater sense of peace. I’d love to teach you the tools that I learned to help you manage your stress, too.
