I continued last week’s theme of home yoga workouts into this week. I had a migraine on and off for a few days so I didn’t want to do any strenuous running. Hoping to get back into the running groove this coming week.
I spent some time working on backbends.

And I also worked on some more arm balances. Handstand used to always terrify me so I’m trying to chart my progress with the pose using photos. It’s already much easier for me than it used to be.
